Nicky Whelan has been an Australian model, actress as well as a television host since 10th May 1981. She is best known for her role as Pepper Steiger on Neighbors, an soap-opera that ran for 100 episodes from 2007 to 2006. In Hollywood the actress began her career with two different projects. First was Hollywood & Wine with which she was a young and hopeful actress. The 9th series of Scrubs she appeared as Maya who is a very appealing medical student. The series was suddenly halted. After that, she continued filming the Farrelly Brothers comedy called Good to Shoot, which starred the duo Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson. Then she appeared in B-series films as well as series shorts. In 2013, she was given more exposed roles in six episodes of the detective series Franklin and Bash and her debut role as a permanent character in Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia. Also, she was the answer to Chad Michael Murray for the series' first two seasons. The following year she was in support parts in two films that feature air-based scenes. Aircraft 7500, One Way Back on the SyFy Channel with a group of actors from the television industry as well as Le Chaos (an action film with Nicolas Cage). She has the role of an Air Attendant. Matador is a TV series which she co-created in collaboration with Gabriel Luna. The duration of the season of this drama created by Robert Rodriguez, wherein actors take on the role as CIA Agents, runs thirteen episodes.
